Do the Devils employ skating coaches? For which levels? Can the Devils send guys to their skating coach if they draft a player but he does not sign with them yet? I mean, I cant think of a player the Devils have who I would consider a great skater. Jack for all high explosiveness, falls down a lot all by himself. Certainly every player can get better at it even if they are above average skaters
Jack and Luke both tend to go ass over tea kettle every now and then, and while it is usually not costly, it happens too much. They are all good skaters, easily the best on the team and better than aveage. Doesn't mean that there is not room for improvements in all of their skating. Skating and faceoffs are two areas that, in my mind, are the easiest to improve on, as opposed to other skills.

I would certainly argue that both of the Hughes brothers and Jesper Bratt are among the best skaters in the NHL. Hischier and Meier are great, too.

and if so, WHY NOT!
